Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a convenience store and a restaurant that served delicious roast duck wraps. The room had everything we needed and the elevator was a plus!

Although we loved the hotel, there were a few ants in the room that had nibbled their way into the packet of in-house snacks. , the standing fan was quite dusty and could benefit from a good cleaning.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the comfy bed and clean bathroom. the hotel is conveniently located near a market and restaurant, which made it easy for us to explore the area. we appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

Our experience was marred by the loud noise that continued throughout the night. We were constantly being awakened by the sound of people shouting and talking loudly in the hotel lobby.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Vietnam. the location was great, with shops and a restaurant nearby. It was convenient to have a Vinamart just a few doors up for any essentials I needed. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The receptionist went above and beyond to apologize for any inconvenience and ensure that I had the perfect room. Lastly, the room itself was excellent. It was large, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was fantastic. it was a great experience.
